As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including annual budgets,
forecasts, and long-range financial plans tailored to home health operations.
• Provide strategic insights on financial performance, reimbursement trends
(Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance), and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor cash flow, payer mix, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management
to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
• Analyze margins by service line and referral source to guide strategic decision
making and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align resource allocation with
patient care objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to track profitability, patient census
trends, and staffing efficiency.
• Ensure financial compliance with Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting requirements,
audits, and other industry-specific standards.
• Support due diligence, valuation, and integration for new acquisitions or
expansions.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related
field (MBA, MHA, or CPA preferred).
• Preferable with progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in home
health care, hospice, or healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, CMS regulations, and
value-based care models is a plus.
• Experience with EMR and financial systems common in home health (e.g.,
Homecare Homebase, Wellsky, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job description:
The Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of patient care plans within the home health operations unit. This role ensures that all patient cases have appropriate visit frequencies, goals, and interventions aligned with physician orders, payer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Operating from the back office, the Case Manager serves as the central point for clinical review, documentation oversight, and interdepartmental coordination.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
• Review OASIS and visit documentation to determine visit frequency, goals, and
interventions.
• Develop and update care plans (POCs) in collaboration with field clinicians and the
QA/Coding team.
• Ensure all interventions and frequencies align with physician orders and payer
criteria.
• Monitor patient progress, recertifications, and episode timelines for compliance
and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the QA/Coding team for diagnosis alignment and documentation
corrections.
• Evaluate clinical reports and trends for missed visits, reassessments, and outcome
variances.
• Communicate plan changes to field staff, physicians, and clients through approved
channels.
• Participate in quality and utilization review meetings to ensure adherence to CMS
and state regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and company data standards.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:
• Licensed RN (Philippines or U.S. compact license preferred) or PT/OT with home
health experience.
• 3+ years of case management experience in a home health setting.
• Familiarity with EMR platforms (WellSky, Kinnser, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of OASIS, ICD-10, and Medicare Conditions of Participation
(CoPs).
• Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead back-office teams and coordinate with U.S.-based clinical partners.

As a Senior Medical Biller, you will be responsible for the following:
• Accurately enter patient billing data, including visit charges and supply charges,
into the information system.
• Accurately processes and bills for Medicaid, private payer, and patient claims in
accordance with payer requirements and organization policy.
• Maintains complete and accurate billing and accounts with receivable records and
post payments.
• Alerts appropriate management team members regarding late or missing
documents required for billing.
• Assists with the collection of receivables by monitoring accounts receivables,
resubmitting bills to overdue accounts, and alerting the billing manager of seriously
overdue accounts.
• Performs other specific projects relating to billing, data entry, and computer
operations as required.
• Collects delinquent accounts by establishing payment arrangements with patients,
monitoring payments, and following up with patients when payment lapses occur.
• Maintains Medicare bad-debt cost report by tracking billings, monitoring
collections, and compiling information.
• Serves and protects the company by adhering to professional policies and
procedures, federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Enhances billing department and practice reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
to job accomplishments.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the manager.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of medical billing experience in health care data entry, preferably in
home health care systems.
• Experience in the DDE & handling Medicare dispute process
• Knowledge in Wellsky EMR system is a plus
